Training
Volsim offers a full suite of training programs for flight crew, cabin crew and ground personnel to meet the growing needs and requirements of the global aviation industry.
We provide aviation training (on both simulator and actual aircraft) to aspiring pilots, current flight crew and experienced operators who are no longer flying commercially but wish to retain their skills and renew their flight crew licenses.
Our cabin crew training courses are designed with a strong emphasis on customer service, inflight situational awareness and safety. Besides imparting skills, responsibilities and service standards expected in top airlines, trainees are also taught safety and emergencies procedures (SEP) with opportunities to practice such drills in various scenarios and conditions. For trainees whose first language is not English, we offer assistance with English language tests and the recruitment process.
Volsim also offers training courses for various ground operations taught by industry experts, from licensed roles such as aircraft maintenance engineers to other safety and security roles such as baggage handling.
