These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) apply to and govern the websites operated by Volsim Aerospace Group Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries ("VAG"), including any linked pages owned and operated by VAG or any successors thereof, or any application made available by VAG for use on a tablet, mobile phone or other mobile devices (the “Websites"). The information on our Websites is provided as a service to our stockholders, investors, customers, service providers and vendors. The information is of a general nature for your personal, general, non-commercial use. No rights can be derived from the information provided. While we draft the information on our Websites with due care, it is possible that some of the information provided may unintentionally be incomplete, incorrect or obsolete. Furthermore, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. VAG does not warrant that the Websites are free of computer viruses, bugs or other harmful components and does not warrant that the functionality of the Websites will be uninterrupted or error-free. The VAG services and/or products described on our Websites may not be available in your region, state or province. VAG does not claim that the information on our Websites is appropriate to your location or that the services and/or products described on the Websites will be available for purchase in all locations.  You understand and agree that any information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Websites is done at your own discretion and risk, without any representations or warranties from VAG, and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such content. VAG reserves the right to withdraw access to the Websites or to revise the services and/or products described in the Websites at any time without notice. By accessing or using any of the Websites, you expressly accept, and agree to abide by, these Terms of Use. Please do not use any of the Websites if you do not accept and agree to these Terms of Use.

Intellectual property rights

VAG owns all of the Websites and owns or has rights to use all of the information, wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, text, software and other content of the Websites (the "Content"), and all HTML design, layouts, configurations, CGI and other code and scripts in any format used to implement the Websites (the "Code"). The Content and Code of the Websites are protected by copyright and database rights. Except for your personal, non-commercial use (e.g. making a copy by printing or downloading the Websites), you may not copy, distribute, modify, upload, download, transmit, re-publish, display, or otherwise distribute, any Code or Content without the prior written consent of VAG. All names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Websites are the property of VAG or are used by VAG under license. You may not use any of the foregoing for any purpose without prior express written consent from VAG. Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary or industrial right of VAG or any third party, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law. VAG prohibits the use of any of its or its subsidiaries' registered symbols, insignia, or other identifying marks other than for hyperlink referral use, without express written approval. This prohibition includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all registered marks to VAG’s or its subsidiaries’ names, trademarks, service marks, abbreviations, symbols, emblems, logos, and slogans.

Use of information submitted by you

Any personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number, submitted by you through our Websites will be governed by VAG’s Data Privacy and Cookie Policies. Any information (other than personal information) that you communicate or submit to VAG in any form, including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, product and/or service ideas, know-how, applications or suggestions, shall not be deemed confidential or proprietary, even if such information is labelled confidential or proprietary. All such communications and submissions shall be deemed the property of VAG. VAG will not have any obligation to keep such information confidential and will be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation and liability. VAG will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing services and/or products that incorporate or otherwise embody such information, without providing any notice, compensation or attribution to you. VAG welcomes your comments and suggestions on its Websites, products and services, but VAG does not seek to solicit any confidential or proprietary ideas, suggestions, materials or other information relating to developing, designing, redesigning, modifying, manufacturing or marketing its services and/or products or any new services or products. By submitting information to VAG, you acknowledge that VAG may publish such information, use it as part of its operations, and incorporate its concepts into VAG’s or its subsidiaries’ services and/or products without liability. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from any VAG Website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or pornographic material, or any material that would otherwise violate any law, statute, rule, regulation, or judicial order.

Links and references

Our Websites may contain links and other references to other third party websites or media. VAG does not monitor such other websites or media and has no technical or content control over those websites. A link or reference to another website or any other media does not imply any connection, partnership, relationship, or approval of those websites or their content, and the use of any such link or references is done at your sole risk.

Liability

The information on our Websites has been compiled in good faith by VAG. All information contained on the Websites is provided to you "As Is" and VAG disclaims all warranties, representations and endorsements, express or implied, with regard to information accessed from or via the Websites, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability. VAG is not liable for any damage arising or resulting from any direct or indirect use of, or inability to use, any and all Websites, or information made available on or via the Websites, nor for any damage caused by an inability to use the Websites or associated information. VAG accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the functioning, functionality or content of third party websites or media. VAG is not liable for damage caused by failures in electronic communications via the Websites, such as delays, interceptions, or manipulation by third parties of those communications. Any use of the Websites and information obtained or accessed on or via the Websites is therefore at your own risk. Consequently, you are liable for any and all of your choices made with regard to your use of our Websites at your sole risk.

Revision

These Terms of Use may be modified, from time to time and without further notice, and such modification(s) shall have immediate effect, except where prohibited by law. We therefore advise you to review these Terms of Use regularly.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms of Use, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Furthermore, the parties shall replace the void part with provisions that are valid and have legal effect and which correspond with the content of the void part as much as possible, taking into account the content and the purpose of these Terms of Use.

Applicable Laws

These Terms of Use shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Singapore and any disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be exclusively submitted to courts located in Singapore.
